- Patient can self-schedule a telehealth encounter with Bridge Scheduling by selecting the provider, date, and type of appointment in the Bridge Portal.
- Before the appointment, the patient receives a notification to begin the intake / check-in process.
- Patient completes the intake process by confirming and updating their demographic, insurance, health history, and payment information, in addition to completing any required consent forms, screeners, and agreements.
- Patient is automatically sent to the Zoom session upon completion of the intake process.
